Author, speaker, educator, advisor Adam Kingl (www.adamkingl.com) is sought for his expertise on the future of business. One of his primary areas of research is on the work and leadership paradigms of different generations to shine a light on the fundamental paradigm shifts that we will face in terms of what’s important to the world of business and how it will be led. This is the subject of his book, ‘Next Generation Leadership’, published by HarperCollins in 2020.
Adam has also written a book, 'Sparking Success', published by Kogan Page in 2023, on how to enhance your and your team's creativity at work using lessons from the arts. This book was shortlisted for the Business Book of the Year awards in the Smart Thinking category and translated into other languages.
Related to the future of business, companies are concerned about how they can innovate in order to be prepared for the seismic shifts they will face. Through this lens, Adam also speaks from a practical perspective on topics such as how to improve strategic (business model) innovation, management (or leadership) innovation, and how successfully to leverage culture and engagement in work-life.
Adam is Adjunct Faculty at London Business School, University College London School of Management, Hult International Business School, the Moller Leadership Institute at the University of Cambridge, and an instructor at Imperial College Business School. Previously, Adam was the Regional Managing Director for Duke Corporate Education, Europe and Executive Director of Thought Leadership and Learning Solutions for London Business School. There, he directed some of the School’s flagship open enrolment programmes. He was also an Associate of the Management Lab and Saatchi & Saatchi for two years.
